Personal use and eligibility
My Favs organizes your personal favorites, lists, ratings and watch history. The invited beta is intended for people aged 18 or over. It does not provide streaming or rights to catalog content.
Your account and local library
The Free plan works without login. Catalog searches require internet, but your local favorites, lists, photos and watch history stay on your iPhone. Exporting and restoring local backups are free. Cloud synchronization requires an account and an active Pro subscription or a beta benefit. Account registration may remain limited by invitations and service capacity during beta. Keep your email account and access codes secure.
Free and Pro
Pro is being prepared for testing; real billing is disabled in this beta. Where enabled, Pro is a monthly subscription billed by Apple at the price displayed by the App Store. You can restore purchases and manage or cancel the subscription through Apple. Cancellation keeps synchronization available until the paid period ends. Expiration, refund or revocation can suspend cloud access, but do not erase the library already on your iPhone or prevent local editing and backup export. Existing beta benefits end when commercial service is activated.
Your content and responsible use
Your notes, lists, ratings and photos remain yours. You authorize only the storage, backup and processing needed for the features you choose. Do not upload unlawful content, violate third-party rights, abuse access limits or include sensitive personal data or other people’s private information in notes and photos.
Catalog and external links
Movie and series metadata, artwork and catalog ratings come from TMDB and may be incomplete or outdated. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. External links, including IMDb, open third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and backups
Beta features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Export backups regularly and keep them safe. Signing out keeps offline account data on this device. Restoring a backup can replace a library; review the confirmation before proceeding. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Ending use and updates
You can stop using My Favs and request account deletion through Privacy and your data or the privacy email. Deletion requests are reviewed; submitting one does not immediately delete data or cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately through Apple. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect the service. Material changes require a new explicit acceptance before cloud operations in this app version. Your saved local library remains accessible. Brazilian law applies, preserving mandatory consumer rights.
